Resort requires Guest email and phone number on all bookings, to verify arrival NO EXCEPTIONS. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Air conditioning in living room only for 1 Bedroom units. Air conditioning in living room and master bedroom only for 2 Bedroom units. There will be a state TOT tax collected at check in for ALL reservations (Friday arrivals vary see below): Studio = $41.37 1BR Mini = $52.57, 1BR = $74.55, 2BR = $103.81, per unit per week. For RENTAL reservations only, an additional fee will be collected at check in to cover sales tax: Contact resort for details regarding Rental taxes totals. Friday Arrivals: 1BR = $56.84, 1BR LOFT = $69.58, 2BR = $74.90 Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort. Ongoing renovations and updates will continue until December 2024. Guests may experience construction noise between 9 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. The Kapaa Public Pool, located less than one mile from the resort, is open to the public.
