There are multiple stairs from the parking lot to the building and there are also multiple stairs to reach each unit. Three Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Weirs Beach is a small village located in Historic New England within the city of Laconia. It is situated on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee; Weirs Beach refers to a wide sandy beach on this lake. Next to the beach is a boulevard and a boardwalk with shops and games that stretch along for a quarter of a mile. To visit the Weirs, a large, public dock is available for boaters on the lake and rental boats or docks can be obtained. Please note: this property is not located on the water - but only a 1/2-mile walk to the water.
