Our one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums have a full kitchen and a private deck. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters, a centrally located clubhouse, and surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest. Beautiful views of the Continental Divide can be seen throughout the Beaver Village community. The clubhouse offers an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and coin laundry. Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. Located just 2 blocks away from restaurants, shops and nightlife you have everything you need to enjoy a getaway from the bustling streets of a populated city. Enjoy the Winter Park Resort slopes just 5 minutes away or relax on site in a heated indoor pool. A free town shuttle stops at the Beaver Village Condominiums while making its way to the Ski Resort and downtown areas.
