The DeSoto is situated perfectly in the center of historic Savannah, standing 15 stories tall and boasting beautiful district views from our guestrooms. The grand lobby with crystal chandeliers and SCAD artwork gallery throughout the first floor welcomes you. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and patio with a seasonal cabana bar and tree canopy views, an onsite fitness center, a library, and three outlets including Edgar's Proof & Provision. Our outdoor patio with music, serves southern comfort food and features our private-label bourbon and the perfect to-go cup. The 1540 Room is our onsite restaurant featuring a show kitchen with fresh farm-to-table dining. The Buffalo Bayou is a gourmet to-go kiosk in our lobby and serves locally sourced coffee and freshly made breakfast bakery items. We are a member of Historic Hotels of America. Located in the center of the historic district of Savannah, with more than 100 restaurants, boutiques, and museums to enjoy, just steps away. The Desoto is intertwined in the community with SCAD, art galleries, local eateries and bars, historic mansions, and 22 beautiful garden squares.
