The resort provides one mid-week clean and there is no housekeeping fee unless the guest requests an additional full clean. An additional full clean is $75. Please contact the resort 14 days prior to arrival to provide contact information. This will ensure you receive all pre-arrival information for check-in. If you have accessibility needs, Please contact the resort in advance for assistance. The resort requires a mandatory nightly fee of $30 for resort services, plus any applicable taxes paid directly to the resort. These fees are subject to change without prior notice. The roof Project is to start on 5/13/2024, followed by courtyard improvements. Noise should be expected Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This project will impact paths of travel and noise should be expected between 8 am to 5 pm daily. During this time, there will be a temporary closure of the hot tubs as well.
