Snow chains are required by law during Winter Season October-March. www.dot.ca.gov. There is a $35.00 US resort fee that will be charged onsite. Please be advised there is no air conditioning in the units. All units are accessible only by stairs. Many units also have stairs inside the units. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Resort is in gated "Arrowhead Lake Estates"- stop at keypad and type in 050 to be buzzed in. Until further Notice: Northbay no longer has use of the clubhouse, swimming pool, spa or tennis courts.
