RESIDENCE BOUGANVILLE is ideally located just 15 km from 'Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and close to the marina, near the centre of Porto Rotondo and only a short walk to the beach Rudargia. The apartments, are a mixture of studios, 1 bedroom and two bedroom units accomodating 2, 5 and 7 people respectively. They are located in traditionally built, two-storey buildings surrounded by gardens. All units have a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture, kitchenette with hotplates, sink, drainer, food preparation area, microwave, fridge, open plan lounge/diner, TV, and ceiling fans. Porto Rotondo is a well known holiday resort in the north east of Sardinia, 15 km from Olbia, close to the Costa Smeralda. Designed by internationally renowned architects and surrounded by luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation, Porto Rotondo has several beautiful beaches linked during the summer season by a complimentary shuttle bus service  The nearby Gulf of Marinella boasts the largest sandy beach in the area with very shallow water suitable for children of all ages. The Marina of Porto Rotondo, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, can host up to 650 boats of all sizes. Porto Rotondo, has everything from sailing and diving courses, and tennis courts, to charming squares with restaurants, bars and shops of every kind. There are bars and clubs in the town and a full program of events in the summer for adults and children (music, cinema, cabaret, dances, regattas, etc.).
