Situated on the southern edge of Kailua-Kona on the "Big Island" of Hawaii, the 65-unit Kona Billfisher is within walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants, clubs and activities. Many suites have ocean views and garden or balcony lanais, along with fully equipped kitchens and cable television. On-site amenities include a heated swimming pool with an outdoor shower, patio chairs, tables and chaise lounges; a covered gazebo area; barbecue areas; table tennis facilities; horseshoe courts; and a laundry room. All units have one bath and a full kitchen. The one-bedroom condos sleep four, and the two-bedroom condos sleep up to six guests with occupancy strictly regulated. All units have been refurbished and restored. The Billfisher property is in Kailua Village a short walk to the majority of shops, bars and restaurants that are approximately one block away.
