The Palace Residence 2 is located in Sestriere, in the beautiful milky way ski area that benefits from connecting with France, and is part of the World Cup ski circuit. Great skiing in winter and hiking in summer or enjoy the many amenities in the area such as tennis, golf, horse riding and swimming pool. Suitable for relaxing holidays amam comfort and fun. The residence is not suitable for disabled people. Sestriere is a historical destination for skiers, so much so that it was frequently the scene of major social and sporting events, like the annual meetings with the World Cup races. Sestriere offers skiers 89 lifts that allow you to enjoy in comfort the vast area of the milky way: a total of 400 km of slopes, of which 120 artificially covered with snow. For lovers of cross-country skiing there is a 10 km trail in Monterotta and the possibility to easily reach by car the Olympic ring of Pragelato immersed in the natural park of Val Troncea. In summer, hiking, biking, horse-riding, climbing, golf, Alpine refuges, parks, visits to fortresses, Torino of Savoy, markets, tastings and a mountain of sport in a territory that has environmental defense in its strength.
