Welcome to Hot Springs, Arkansas.Scenic and secluded, our one and two bedroom condominiums are near Lake DeSoto and within walking distance of the lakes marina. The two-bedroom units measure 1,450 square feet and include two bedrooms and two baths. There's a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer, full kitchen and large deck with barbecue grill. The one-bedroom, one bath units range from 771 to 868 square feet. There's a full kitchen, a gas log fireplace, and washer and dryer. There's a patio with furnishings, as well.Close by, guests will find Hot Springs National Park, known as America's First Resort, this is the country's only urban national park and one of the South's top family vacation destinations. The city takes its name from the naturally hot thermal springs that are piped into bathhouses and hotels along the city's famed Bathhouse Row. For thoroughbred racing at its best, visit Oaklawn Park, with a live meet that runs from late January to mid-April and a simulcast meet that is available all year. The live meet concludes with the Arkansas Derby, a $1 million stakes race that has produced four of the last six winners of the Triple Crown races. Hot Springs unique attractions, such as the Arkansas Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo, are part of the charm of this destination that has historically attracted the famous (Babe Ruth once attended spring training here) to the infamous (Al Capone). Resort is comprised of two phases. 2BR units in Phase 1 are standard, whole units with a full kitchen. 2BR units in Phase II are lock off units indicated by an AB unit number. 1BR A units are the master bedroom side of a lock out with a full kitchen & wood burning fireplace. 1BR B units are the second bedroom side of a lock out with a partial kitchen (2 Burner Stove, No Oven, some have Dorm Fridge), approximately 450 square feet. You will receive an email 3 weeks from check-in with detailed instructions for entry into Hot Springs Village, and information about your stay. Please note all guests arriving together, but in separate vehicles, must be listed on your confirmation. You will be given a green reciprocal card at check-in; if you have other guests arriving later, you will need to show that card at the security gate and give the names of additional guests to the security personnel, allowing them entry. Those guests will then receive a yellow reciprocal card indicating they are guests authorized to enter Hot Springs Village. Emergency numbers are listed on the lock box at the resort for after- hours check-in issues. Only the guest whose name appears on the reservation will be allowed to check in. Guest must provide valid photo ID and credit card for damages/incidentals, and must be 25 years of age or older. The pool has certain hours of availability due to classes, so guests must call to check the hours before arriving. There are golf courses available and there is a fee that is associated with using them. There are multiple courses and the rates change frequently; however, a discount is provided to anyone staying on property that wishes to take advantage of the golfing privileges.
