Inverness at South Padre is a 11-story high-rise resort featuring an outdoor pool and a hot tub on the third level. Other on-site amenities include a beautiful beach and excellent fishing. Laundry facilities are also on site. Water sports and miles of beach make Inverness at South Padre a year-round destination. Only five miles away is a marina that provides boat rentals, ramps, and slips. The fishing is excellent year-round, with daily deep-sea charters. Golf, tennis, horseback riding, and shuffleboard are also popular. Nearby Water Slide Park is fun for the entire family. South Padre Island, a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico, has long been known for its moderate climate and wonderful game fishing.
