Resorts frequently contact guests via email, SMS, or phone prior to their check-in date. To ensure a smooth arrival, please make sure you have access to the mobile number and email address associated with your booking—both before and during your travel. Maintaining access to these communication channels is essential to avoid any potential check-in issues. Main Building (Core Block) Exterior Refurbishment Works The first stage of the external refurbishment of the resort main building is scheduled to begin in early February 2026 and continue until early September 2026. It will involve extensive works including removal and replacement of roofing and wall cladding. During this period, there will be some temporary impacts, including noise in the surrounding area. Reception will remain open but many facilities within or close to the main building will be subject to full or partial closure. The swimming pools will be partially closed for a period, and at times it will be necessary to briefly close them all. At this stage we anticipate that the rockpool and the smaller heated pool will be closed from 9 February 2026 for up to three months, whilst the larger heated pool and the unheated pool will remain open most of the time. The boat park will be closed throughout, with no boat storage available on site during this period.
