Island Breeze Resort is located on Phillip Island, one of Victoria's top leisure and recreation areas. The highlight of a visit to Philip Island is the Penguin Parade. As the sun drops below Bass Strait and the evening sets in, penguins come ashore at Summerland Beach to return to their burrows in the dunes. Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy., The majority of units have the living area downstairs and the bedrooms/bathrooms are located upstairs. They may not be suitable for the disabled, elderly or families with very young children. Please note it is not possible for the Resort to allow early check in.
