Ocean Landings has private beach access to a public beach, 2 outdoor heated pools, and a fitness center with weights, stationary bicycles, & treadmills, located in the Activity Center. There are outdoor tennis courts and one indoor racquetball court. There are 3 eateries on the property, a business center located in the Activity Center, 2 computers to use, a hot tub, a covered pavilion with picnic tables and gas grills, a game room, and a banquet hall for rental. These amenities are available for all guests on the property. Ocean Landings has beach rentals including kayaks, surfboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Bioluminescent tours are available. There are also boat tours in the local area as well a fishing charter boat tours for the day. The resort is in walking distance to down town Cocoa Beach with shops, restaurants, and historical sight seeing. Grocery stores are within walking distance of 2 miles. Local beach stores have Cocoa Beach souvenirs.
