Check in office is located on 22nd floor, Suite 2214 and open everyday between 8am-5pm. Early arrivals may leave their luggage in the resort office until 4:30pm. If you are arriving late to the resort, please make arrangements with the resort directly at 808-923-5309 x2214 prior to your arrival for late check-in procedures. The Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax of $7.75 per night, due at check-in. Mandatory Security deposit of $ 250 due at check-in. All fees are subject to change without notice. Construction: 1. There is ongoing building construction and repairs in various common areas at the Royal Kuhio, which may cause noise and disruption during your stay. There is the need periodically for the building to turn the water off for needed repairs. Please take note of signage in front of the elevators. 2. We are in the process of re-strapping and powder coating our lanai furniture at the Royal Kuhio. We may need to remove your lanai furniture while you are here, or it may have already been removed. This process takes up to six -seven weeks. We do have a limited supply of other lanai furniture to place temporarily in your unit. If you would like lanai furniture, and your unit is not already supplied, please do not hesitate to let the Front Desk know. Construction: Spalling work done is being done on the exterior of the building, we do not have an ETA on project.
