On the Gulf of Mexico's Treasure Island, you will find plenty of sun and fun in the Sunset Capital of Florida. There are many activities to enjoy on the beach, such as boating, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, scooter rentals, and parasailing, all of which are located nearby. You can also relax by the resort's pool and explore the restaurants and nightlife in the area.   All of our units come with their own private balconies that offer stunning views of the gulf. We have added a personal touch to each balcony to make you feel at home. If you love beautiful sunsets, you can watch the sun sink into the water from the comfort of your furnished balcony. Alternatively, you can gather with friends on the 8th-floor penthouse and enjoy the breathtaking view together.   The Penthouse Beach Club is an ideal destination for relaxed getaways and family vacations. You can enjoy the gentle waters of the Gulf that are perfect for swimming and snorkeling, building sandcastles, or finding seashells. Additionally, you can take long walks along the beautiful stretches of Florida's 3.8 miles of West Coast beaches. The warm waters and glistening sand provide an excellent setting for basking in the sun with a Gulf front view or relaxing in the heated pool. The best part is that all of this will be right in your backyard while staying at The Penthouse Beach Club.

Effective immediately office closes at 5PM on Saturday and does not reopen until 8AM Monday morning. Check in is from 3PM-5PM on Saturday, contact resort directly with check-in questions 727-360-0827. Beach towels are available by request only, when they are checked out, they are gone. We do not offer this as an amenity, simply as a courtesy. Guest should bring their own beach towels. Beach umbrellas are available to rent from the office at a cost of $10 per week. You must return them upon check out, or you will be charged $40 against your authorization. ALL UNITS ARE REQUIRED TO PLACE A $100 OPEN AUTHORIZATION HOLD FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE STAY. IT IS RELEASED ON MONDAY AFTER CHECK OUT. 1 Parking spot per room, additional parking across is available across the street at $26.50 per day.
