Housekeeping Fees: for 2 bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 90.00 CAD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."The fee increases to $CAD 120 on January 1st, 2027. Mandatory Fees: Mandatory usage fee is 35.00 CAD, per night, per unit, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted.The $35 is for the period of April through September. It is $25 for October to March.
